Each phase of La Mesma Gavi’s production is carefully carried out in our wine-cellar in Tassarolo, with 10 hectares of vineyards as well as a vast poplar grove. It’s name “La Bella Alleanza”, or Lovely Alliance, comes from a treaty which took place here, in this area, during the Napoleonic Wars.
Among the vineyards stands a rare and beautiful Evergreen Oaktree, inscribed in the Monumental Tree Register of Piedmont, with oral tradition dating it back to the 14th century.

Our wine-cellar is currently being enlarged in order to house more stainless steel vats as well as some new cement vats.
