"R" La Mesma Red Wine
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Barbera, our “R” is
a full and elegant red wine, full- bodied and soft. Ruby-red colour, with a
fruity scent and hints of tobacco, cherries, spices and minerals. “R”
matches well with roasted and braised meat, and is a perfect companion to
cheese.

VINIFICATION :
De-stemming of hand-picked grapes, soft pressing, fermentation in
temperature controlled vats at 30° with 15 days of skin-contact.
AGEING: 14 months in French oak, medium toasted barrique, then a few months in bottle.
