The Ancestrale, as the name implies, is the ancestor of sparkling wine making.
INDI with bubbles is a cheerful, sparkling wine to share with friends.
You can choose to shake the bottle and drink it cloudy to enhance the complexity of the fine lees or you can pour it slowly without shaking and discover its nuances glass by glass. Either way, drink it well chilled!
