Tempo al tempo Gavi DOCG del comune di Gavi
Tempo al tempo stands for the patience to wait, because long aging enhances the characteristics of Gavi. The natural acidity of cortese balances the exceptional structure of the palate with freshness, where intense notes of flint combine with white fruit in a very long finish.
Gavi DOCG del comune di Gavi Tempo al tempo is a library release.
While our Gavi Riserva comes from a red soil vineyard, this Gavi del comune di Gavi comes from Monterotondo, where the soils are white.
The label depicts an “umarell” , a word in Bolognese dialect for a typical sight in any Italian town: old men spending their day watching construction sites, hands clasped behind their back and giving advice to the builders.
