Our wines
Vigna della Rovere Verde Gavi Riserva DOCG
Our Riserva comes from the old vineyard overlooked by the monumental Green Oak of Tassarolo. Straw yellow in colour, the old vines and the long aging give it structure, flavor and length, without losing the characteristic freshness and cleanliness typical of our Gavi. It is a wine meant for aging, with an evolution towards notes of petrol and tropical fruit.

Vinification and aging
Harvested by hand and vinified in temperature-controlled tanks, it rests for about 12 months in tank and then completes the ageing process in the bottle.

The cru Rovere Verde
An old vineyard, overlooked by the imposing Green Oak of Tassarolo: a magical setting, from which our Riserva comes to life. Listed among the monumental trees of Italy, our Evergreen Oak is a landmark of the territory.
Every year, children from the school of Tassarolo celebrate it with poems, songs and merry-go-round in a day of celebration.
