Gavi Riserva DOCG
Vigna della Rovere Verde

The grapes for this Gavi Riserva are selected and hand-picked in a fifty years old vineyard, guarded by a five century old monumental evergreen oak tree.

After an extremely soft pressing, fermentation takes place in cement vats at controlled temperature.

The wine then rests for six months in vat, and for another six months in bottle.

Bright, straw yellow in colour, the Riserva is rich, complex and persistent, yet fresh and elegant.

It can age beautifully.
