Red Wine

A full and elegant red wine, full-bodied and soft.

Ruby-red colour, with a fruity scent and hints of tabacco, cherries, spices and minerals.

“R” matches well with roasted and braised meat, and is a perfect companion to cheese.

Training system: Low Guyot

Exposure: South-West

Litre yield per hectare: 3500

Vinificatio: De-stemming of hand-picked grapes, soft pressing, fermentation in temperature controlled vats at 30° with 15 days of skin-contact.

Ageing: 14 months in French oak, medium toasted barrique, then a few months in bottle

Alcohol content: 13,5 % vol
